Paving Material e-Tenders

Supply must be completed within the stipulated time in the supply order. If delayed, penalty applies: penalty to the extent of 10 of the total value to the work or a penalty **** per day delay shall be imposed.

Payments are made in Indian Rupees. The bank account linked with GSTIN must be disclosed; no payments shall be released by the government departmentagency to any other bank account except the one linked with the gst registered number of the successful bidder.

The contract is awarded to the lowest bidder: the supply order shall be given to the lowest bidder by the respective block development officer.

Bidders must upload documents including scanned copy of earnest money in shape of cdrfdr ****, scanned copy of gst registration, scanned copy of pan card, and proof of address in the shape of residence certificate issued by bdo concerned.

Penalty for delayed supply: penalty to the extent of 10 of the total value to the work or a penalty **** per day delay shall be imposed upon suppliercontractor by the block development officer concerned.

Site visit is encouraged but optional: the bidder, at his own cost, responsibility and risk is encouraged to visit, examine and familiarize himself with the site of works.

Bidders may be disqualified for misleading or false representations in the forms, statements, affidavits or record of poor performance such as abandoning the works, not properly completing the contract.

The L1 bidder must supply the material within the time specified by the BDO concerned, as stated: the l1 bidder must supply the material within the time specified by the bdo concerned.

Payment is made by the BDO: the cost of the material shall be paid to the vendor supplier by the bdo concerned. Rates quoted must be inclusive of all taxes.

The contract is awarded to the lowest bidder: the supply order shall be given to the lowest bidder by the respective block development officer.

Bidders must upload GST registration, PAN card, latest GST returns, and a residence certificate: residence certificate issued by the concerned block development officer bdo shall be mandatory.
