The L1 bidder must supply the material within the time specified by the BDO concerned, as stated: the l1 bidder must supply the material within the time specified by the bdo concerned.

Payment is made by the BDO: the cost of the material shall be paid to the vendor supplier by the bdo concerned. Rates quoted must be inclusive of all taxes.

The contract is awarded to the lowest bidder: the supply order shall be given to the lowest bidder by the respective block development officer.

Bidders must upload GST registration, PAN card, latest GST returns, and a residence certificate: residence certificate issued by the concerned block development officer bdo shall be mandatory.

Penalty for delay is specified: penalty to the extent of 10 of the total value of the work or penalty **** per day delay shall be imposed.

Site visit is encouraged but optional: the bidder, at his own cost, responsibility and risk is encouraged to visit, examine and familiarize himself with the site of works.

Bidders may be disqualified for false representations: made misleading or false representations in the forms, statements, affidavits duly attested by magistrate and attachments.

Optional: the bidder, at his own cost, responsibility and risk is encouraged to visit, examine and familiarize himself with the site of works and its surroundings including source of material.

Disqualification for false representations or poor performance: they are subject to be disqualified if they have: i made misleading or false representations in the forms, statements, affidavits duly attested by magistrate and attachments submitted in proof of the qualification requirements.
