Payment will be made on submission of bills in triplicate, supported by consignee receipts. Bills should be submitted within 2 months from contract expiry. payment will be made by the regional food controller, kanpur region kanpur designation to be specified of the procuring agency on submission of bills, in triplicate, duly supported by consignee receipts.

Tenderer must have experience in transportation from manufacturer, PSU, government department, or company dealing in fertilizer, food grains, cement, sugar, or similar commodities in Uttar Pradesh. tenderer should have experience of transportation duly obtained from manufacturerpsugovt. dept. public ltd. companyprivate limited company dealing in the field of fertilizer, food grains, cement, sugar, coarse grains or any other commodity in uttar pradesh.

Liquidated damages for shortage, wastage, or loss in transit are payable at twice the average acquisition cost for food grains, and thrice for sugar. the contractor is liable to pay to the procuring agency liquidated damages at twice the average acquisition cost, as applicable from time to time, for all food grain and commodities other than sugar, and thrice the average acquisition cost as applicable from time to time in respect of sugar

Tenderers blacklisted or debarred by any government department or PSU are ineligible. Contracts terminated in the last five years also lead to disqualification. tenderers who have been blacklisted or otherwise debarred by procuring agency or any department of central or state government or any other public sector undertaking will be ineligible during the period of such blacklisting or for a period of 5 years

Tenderer should have experience of transportation duly obtained from manufacturer/PSU/govt. dept. public ltd. company/private limited company dealing in the field of fertilizer, food grains, cement, sugar, coarse grains or any other commodity in Uttar Pradesh. tenderer should have executed in any of the immediate proceeding five years work of value: a at least 25 of the estimated contract value in one single contract: or b 50 of the estimated contract value in different contracts.
