The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 180 days from the date of start as defined in schedule F or from the first date of handing over of the site, whichever is later.

Bidders must be approved and eligible contractors of CPWD registered in horticulture category, or from MES, BSNL, other state govt. departments, or experienced contractors with similar works: 3 no. works each of value not less than 40% of estimated cost put to tender or 2 no. works each of value not less than 60% of estimated cost put to tender or 1 no work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender in the last 7 years.

All tenders, in which any of the prescribed conditions is not fulfilled or any condition including that of conditional rebate is put forth by the tenderer, shall be summarily rejected.
