Penalty for delay is 0. 1% of contract value per day, not exceeding 10%. As stated: impose a penalty in form of liquidated damages on accounts of delay beyond the scheduled delivery period subject to 0. 1 value of the contract per day and not exceeding 10 value of the contract.
