Payment for the sumpwell includes stages like after casting of leveling course (3%), after construction of foundation slabe (28%), and after finishing, testing, commissioning and completion (95%).

Bidders must have executed similar items of work during the last five financial years, not less than 33% of the quantity capacity of the items included in the BOQ.

Failure to adhere to timelines and/or milestones shall attract such liquidated damages as is laid down in the contract data.

The agency shall engage a qualified consulting engineer who shall visit the site for guidance of work.

If the bid file is found to be modified by the bidder, the bid will be rejected.

Payment for the pump house includes stages like after construction upto cloumns and top roof slabs (40%) and after brick work and plaster (75%).
