The work must be completed within 6 months from the start of work. The intended completion date is 6 months after start of work.

The contract will be awarded to the bidder who has offered the lowest evaluated bid price and is within the available bid capacity.

Bidders must have a contractor ID on www. ***. *. * works up to Rs 25 lakhs, a contractor ID is required. Mandatory documents include PAN card, GST certificate, and proof of constitution.

The bidder is encouraged to visit and examine the site of works at their own responsibility and expense.

After technical evaluation results are posted, the employer shall wait for 7 days before opening the financial bid to allow disqualified bidders to seek remedy.

Bids without earnest money or EMD declaration form and tender document fee will not be opened. Conditional tenders are liable to be rejected.

Bidders must be Class I and above contractors registered with Tamil Nadu government departments with 5 years experience. bidder should be a classi and above contractors currently registered with any of tamilnadu state government departments

Penalty of Rs. 500 per day for delays beyond 30 days, Rs. 6,000 per day for **** days, and Rs. 2,000 per day beyond 60 days. in case of delay of 30 days beyond the stipulated 9 months period. . . rs. 500 per day will be levied

Complaints can be submitted within 5 working days after evaluation of Part I bids. there will be a period of 5 working days during which any bidder may submit complaint

Bids without required documents are liable to be rejected. bids received without supporting documents for the various requirements mentioned in the tender document are liable to be rejected at the initial stage itself

Bids invalid if EMD not deposited or documents not uploaded: the bidder does not deposit original emd with division office of any executive engineer, pwd gnctd or the bidder does not upload all the documents including gst registration
