Work completion period is 30 days as per the tender: time allowed for completion 30 days.

Contractors must be registered with JK state govt, CPWD, railways or other state/central governments, and must own or have MoU with a hot mix plant. approved and eligible contractors registered with jk state govt. , cpwd, railways and other statecentral governments

Penalty up to 10% of contract value for delay in completion. a penalty of up to 10 of the contract value will be imposed

Fake or forged documents lead to blacklisting and contract cancellation. if the documents uploadedsubmitted on the basis of which the contract was awarded are later discovered to be fakenot genuine, the contract will be cancelled and the contractorbidder will be blacklisted
