A liquidated damage of @0. 15 of the work order value will be deducted for delay in commissioning for every week or part thereof, up to 10% of the contract value. a liquidated damage of @0. 15 of the workorder value will be deducted from the total bill value of each bill, for delay in commissioning for every weekor part thereof with an upper limit of the 10 of the contract value.

Disqualification can occur if false representations are made or if the applicant has a poor performance record, such as abandoning work or financial failure. the applicant shall be subject to disqualification if the applicant or any of theconstituent partners is found to have: made misleading or false representations in the forms, statements, affidavits and attachments submitted in proof of the qualification requirements and or records of poor performance during the last five years, as on the date of application, such as abandoning the work, rescission of the contract for reasons which are attributable to nonperformance of the contractor, inordinate delays in completion, consistent history of litigation resulting in awards against the contractor or any of the constituents, or financial failure due to bankruptcy, and so on.

The estimated cost for the work is Rs. 56,93,**** excluding GST. estimated cost: rs. 56, 93, **** rupees fifty six lakh ninety three thousand nine hundred fifty five only excluding gst.
