The bidding documents can be downloaded from August 3, 2026, to August 17, 2026, up to **** hours. Bids must be submitted online by August 17, 2026, up to **** hours.

Payments will be made in Indian Rupees. A performance security of 3% of the advertised amount is required. 10% of bills will be withheld as contractor deposit.

The defect liability period for all civil works is 12 months from the date of completion.

Bidders must be approved and eligible contractors registered with UT of JK, CPWD, MES, PWD. They must submit a contractor registration card, GST registration, PAN card, and an affidavit.

A penalty of Rs 100 per day will be imposed if the contractor fails to start work within seven days of allotment. Failure to start work within the stipulated time may lead to contract cancellation.

The bidder is encouraged to visit, examine, and familiarize themselves with the site of works at their own cost, responsibility, and risk.

Misleading or false representations, record of poor performance, abandoning works, not properly completing contracts, inordinate delays, litigation history, or financial failures can lead to disqualification.

The work must be completed within the stipulated time period. Failure to do so may result in penalties. the work will be put to fresh tender at what stage it may be at the risk and cost of the tenderer.

Payments will be made according to PWD account code, which includes withholding 10% of bills as contractor deposit. pwd account code shall be applicable for making payments to the contractorfirm that provides for withholding 10 of amount of bills as contractor deposit from all running bills.

The defect liability period for all civil works is 12 months from the date of completion. shall rectify all the defects during defect liability period of 12 month for all civil works.

The award will be based on percentage rates quoted by the bidder. the contract shall be for the whole works based on the priced bill of quantities submitted by the bidder.

Bidders must provide scanned copies of fee payment, earnest money, contractor registration card, valid GST registration, PAN card, and a notarized affidavit. in order to qualify, all bidders shall provide copies of documents as defined below:

Misleading or false representations, failure to submit required documents, or a record of poor performance can lead to disqualification. misleading or false representationsdocuments if any found at any step by the bidder, he shall be debarred to participate in any tendering process upto 6 months.
