Tender for environmental improvement and maintenance of parks in urban slums. Bidders must be approved contractors of specific government departments and registered on the Delhi government e-procurement system. The work involves maintenance of developed parks. Estimated cost is Rs. 7,43,380 with a time allowance of 410 days. Bids are submitted in two envelopes. Mandatory scanned documents include EMD, GST registration, departmental registration, PAN card, undertakings, and proof of similar work completion. Financial bids will be opened for shortlisted eligible contractors. A performance guarantee of 5% of the tendered amount is required. Disputes are subject to Delhi courts. Samples of materials need approval before use.
The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 410 days from the date of start as defined in schedule F or from the first date of handing over of the site, whichever is later.
No payments of work done shall be made unless the contract is signed by the contractor. TDS and DVAT will be deducted as per prevailing government instructions.
The tender shall be accepted by the tender approving authority in terms of delegation of financial powers. The bids shall remain valid for 75 days from the date of opening of technical bid.
Bidders must be approved and eligible contractors of CPWD, Railways, MES, and Civil Wing of BSNL, MCD, DDA, NDMC, Delhi Jal Board, if deptt. Agencies registered in the horticulture wing of these departments are also eligible. Experience in similar nature works is required.
If the contractor fails to deposit the performance guarantee within the specified period, the earnest money deposited will be forfeited. Blacklisting for up to 5 years is possible for bid withdrawal before acceptance.
Tenderers are advised to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings before submitting their tenders.
Samples of building material, door/window fittings, sanitary wares, and other articles required for completion of work shall be got approved from the engineer-in-charge before their use in work.
A bidder may be disqualified if they have made misleading or false representation, deliberately suppressed information, or have a record of poor performance, such as abandoning work or financial failures.
The work is estimated to cost Rs. 7,43,380.
