Claims and objections due to ignorance of existing conditions or inadequacy of information will not be considered after submission of the bid and during implementation.
Deliberately giving wrong information or creating illegal circumstances for acceptance of a tender can lead to rejection and debarment from future tendering. Failure to furnish performance security can lead to annulment of award and debarment.
