The period of work is 21 days as stated in the tender details: period of workdays 21.

Payment is made after completion of the whole work: payment will be made to the contractor after completion of the whole work satisfactorily subject to the audit procedure in vogue in the k. m. c. at full value of the works actually executed.

Bidders must have experience in similar work: the bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar work in bidders own name style of business under railways, central public works department. . . during last 5 five years.

Penal action may be imposed for defects: if any defect damage is found during the period as mentioned above, the contractor shall make the same good at his own cost. . . on failure to do so, penal action against the contractor will be imposed by the department as deemed fit.

The bidder is encouraged to visit the site: the bidder, at his own responsibility and risk is encouraged to visit and examine the site of works and its surroundings.

False documents lead to rejection: if it comes to the notice of the tender inviting authority that the credential or any other paper. . . is found incorrect manufactured fabricated, that bidder would not be allowed to participate in the tender and that application will be rejected.

The estimated amount is INR 2,36,716 as stated: estimated amount 2, 36, 716.

Payment will be made at 92% upon the value of works actually executed, with 8% retained as retention money payable after the warranty period. As stated: payment will be made to the contractor after completion of the whole work satisfactorily. . . at the rate of 92 percent upon the value of the works actually executed.

Warranty period is 12 months from completion. As stated: retention money. . . will be payable to the contractor after the expiry of the warranty period i. e. twelve months from the date of completion of work.

Bidders must have experience in similar work within last 5 years. As stated: the bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar work. . . during last 5 five years with minimum value of 40% of estimated amount or two works of 30% each.

Site visit is encouraged but optional. As stated: the bidder, at his own responsibility and risk is encouraged to visit and examine the site of works and its surroundings.

Bids may be rejected for false documents, incomplete submissions, or withdrawal during validity. As stated: if any statement information document furnished by us is found incorrect of false, our emd will be forfeited and will be debarred to participate tender for a period of three years.
