This is an e-Auction for the sale of survey-reported materials including damaged doors, windows, pipes, valves, and grills. Bidders must visit the actual sites between August ****, 2026, to assess quantities. Bids must be submitted online by August 19, 2026, 4:00 PM. Technical and financial proposals are required. Earnest money deposit is Rs. 10,000 for SL. 01 and Rs. 20,000 for SL. 02. The contract validity is 6 months from the issue of the lifting work order. Successful bidders must execute a contract within 7 days of acceptance. Rates are to be quoted on an as is where is basis. Failure to submit required documents or providing false information may lead to disqualification and legal action. The agency will supply materials required for lifting at its own cost.
Auction material has to be removed within 7 days from the date of lifting order.
The earnest money will have to be submitted initially, as per enclosed sheet of this auction, in the form of online NEFT/RTGS through ICICI Bank gateway portal.
Evaluation of auction for deciding H1 bidder shall be done on the basis of total highest rates quoted for the auction.
Eligibility of contractors: Outside bonafide contractors having necessary credentials within last 5 five years. The auction inviting accepting authority will determine the eligibility of each bidder, the bidders shall have to meet all the minimum regarding financial capacity and experience credential.
If any bidder fails to produce the original hard copies of the documents especially completion certificates and audited balance sheets, or any other documents on demand of the executive engineer, kolkata south ii division, housing directorate within a specified time frame or if any deviation is detected in the hard copies from the uploaded soft copies or if there is any suppression, the bidder will be suspended from participating in the auctions on eauction platform for a 3 three years. In case if there be any objection regarding prequalifying the agency that should be lodged to the executive engineer, kolkata south ii division, housing directorate within 2 days from the date of publication of list of qualified agencies and beyond that time schedule no objection will be entertained.
During the scrutiny, if it come to the auction inviting authority that the credential or any other paper found incorrect/manufactured/fabricated, that bidder would not allowed to participate in the auction and that application will be out rightly rejected without any prejudice.
