If the amount payable is not deposited on due date, it will attract an interest rate of 2 per month of amount due up to the date of payment of such amount to the government.

Before filling this tender the contractor can see the detail of the work and specifications uploaded on the website carefully and shall visit the site and satisfy himself about the quantity as well as quality of material as to the conditions prevalent there especially regarding accessibility to the site, nature and extent of the ground, working conditions, stacking of materials, dewatering, installation of tools, and plants etc.
