The competent authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any other bid and reserves the authority to reject any or all the bids received.

The agencies who fulfil the following eligibility shall be eligible to apply: the contractor firms are required to submit eligibility documents of executing the satisfactorily completed similar works as mentioned below during the last 7 years.

Compensation for not maintaining green area: Rs. 200 per shrub per day found drydead within 24 hrs. of direction of officerin charge.

The bidder is advised to visit the site of work, at his own cost, and examine it and its surroundings to himself collect all information that he considers necessary for proper assessment of the prospective assignment.

Sample of all kind of cut flowersbunchesbouquetsbasketflower laries loose flowers to be displayed, must be got approved before execution of work or as and when desired by the officerincharge.

The work is estimated to cost s. 1, 23, 735.

The contractor must have satisfactorily completed similar works during the last seven years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tenders are invited.

The contractor will be liable to pay compensation for not maintaining green area. The contractor shall pay a penalty of Rs. 500 per day after the due day of the each month for not distributing the salary/wages to his worker by 7th of each month.

The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 88,05,242.

The contractor must have satisfactorily completed similar works during the last 7 years. Three similar works each costing not less than rs. 3, 44, 659 or two similar works each costing not less than rs. 5, 16, 988 or one similar work costing not less than rs. 6, 89, 318.
