The work shall be completed within the days as mentioned in the ENIT from the date of issue of job order.

90% payment shall be made after completion and successful testing duly certified by the assistant executive engineer, incharge. This shall be only after attainment of clear water suitable for irrigation purpose. Balance 10% payment shall be released after satisfactory completion of performance guarantee period.

The work executed by the contractor shall be of high quality workmanship and shall be guaranteed for a period of twelve 12 months from the date of completion.

Lowest bidder i. e. l1 shall be intimated by auto electronic mode by etendering process to deposit the original copy of required earnest money in the shape of cdrfdr, tender documents fee in shape of treasury challan receipt and hard copies of all relevant documents as mentioned in clause of general instructions to the bidders within 03 days from the date of opening of financial bids.

The tenderers bidders who have the following qualification certificates are eligible for the works: i g. s. t registrationlatest gst form 3b from competent authority for any month of current fy **** pan card. iii similar nature of past experience of the work of any time during the period **** to **** with govt. of ut of jammu and kashmir, central govt. or any other undertaking of ut of jammu and kashmir govt or central govt. . iv valid registration certificate of the firm contractor for the year **** related to drilling.

In the event of the successful tenderer failing, declining, neglecting or delaying execution of work in time and in the event of any damage occurringbeing caused by the successful tenderer or in the event of any default or failure by the successful tenderer in complying with any terms and conditions of the contract, the department shall, without prejudice to any other remedy available to it under the law for the time being in force,: terminate the contract after 10 days notice andor recover the amount of loss caused by damagefailure or default as may be determined by the deptt. and or impose a penalty upto a maximum of 10 of the value of the contract for delay @0. 1 per week.

Before tendering, the tenderer is required, in his own interest and at his own expenses, to visit the sitesites and acquaint himself fully with the site conditions and other details connected with the work.
