The work must be completed within 60 days.

The intending tenderers should have not abandoned any work of similar nature nor should their contract have been rescinded during the last five years. The intending tenderers should have the valid registration certificate as on date, of the required class as mentioned in col. no. 7 of tcn. The intending tenderers should have up to date valid ITCC, GST, CDMS and PAN.

Bills will be submitted monthly, and payments will be made as per the terms outlined in the tender documents.

Any defects noticed within 12 months from the completion of work must be corrected by the contractor.

The award will be based on the lowest bid, but the Chief Engineer reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.
