The service agreement shall be awarded initially for a period of 5 months i. e. upto **** 2026, which may be extendable as per direction received from the state hqhigher authorities from time to time subject to review and the satisfactory performance of serviceactivities and compliance of all terms and condition of the service agreement, which is further, subject to the approval by competent authority. IEC branding, gps installation on erickshaw will be done by district health family welfare society, narnaul which is one time cost provided by the state hq if during the contract period any of the erickshaw is replaced by the bidder the cost of iec branding and gps installation will be borne by the bidder. Successful bidder will immediately provide the list of 02 erickshaw with registration number along with name of driver, valid license to drive erickshaw and photo id proof ofdriver.
