All the executed work under this agreement shall have free maintenance period/defect liability period for 5 years from the date of completion of project. The agency shall keep in view this aspect while quoting their rates for the tender.

The competent authority on behalf of president of india does not bind himself to accept the lowest or any other tender and reserves to himself the authority to reject any or all of the tenders received without the assignment of a reason.

The participating contractors should upload copies of the following documents through eprocurement portal: i. copy of gst registration. ii. registration of enlistment in the appropriate class in ifc, cpwd, mes, railway, mes, bsnl along with proof of registration. iii. upload scanned copy of emd and submit it physically in the office of executive engineer, cdix. iv. scanned copy of e. s. i and e. p. f registration. v. copy of pan card. vi. valid mobile no. , whatsapp no. email id.

If the lowest bidder either fails to commence or complete the work as specified in the nit, the department shall be at liberty to forfeit entire performance guarantee.

Tenderers are advised to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselves before submitting their tenders, the form and nature of the site, the means of access to the site, the accommodation they may require and in general shall themselves obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect their tender.

Samples of various materials required for testing shall be provided free of charge by the contractor.

The work is estimated to cost rs. 4, 69, 40, **** this estimate, however, is given merely as a rough guide.

If any tenderer withdraws his tender or makes any modification in the terms conditions of the tender which is not acceptable to the department within 7 days after last date of submission of bids, then the government shall without prejudice to any other right or remedy, be at liberty to forfeit 50 of earnest money absolutely irrespective of letter of acceptance for the work is issued or not.
