The time allowed for execution of the work is 150 days, as specified in schedule F, which shall be the essence of the contract.

The payment of running/final bill will only be made after verification, that silt/manure/earth/sludge is removed from the entire bed width of the drain.

The security deposit will be released after 01 year from date of completion.

Before tendering, the contractor shall inspect the site of work and fully acquaint himself with the existing site conditions.

In case of delay in completion of work penalty shall be imposed on the contractor @0. 5 per day of the cost put to tender and shall be recovered from any dues of the contractor with the department.

Before quoting rate agency is advised to visit the site for accessing deployment of suitable machine for dredging/desilting and availability of open space for construction of dykes, stacking of silt, approaches for deployment of machine, free board available under the bridge etc.

The schedule of quantity estimated cost is ****.

The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 120 days from the 09 day after the date of written orders to commence the work or from the 1 st day of handing over the site, whichever is later, in accordance with the phasing, if any, indicated in the tender documents.

All the executed work under this agreement shall have free maintenance period for five 05 years from the date of completion of project.

The competent authority on behalf of president of india does not bind himself to accept the lowest or any other tender and reserves to himself the authority to reject any or all of the tenders received without the assignment of a reason.

The participating contractors should upload selfattested copies of the following documents through eprocurement portal: i. copy of gst registration. ii. registration of enlistment in the appropriate class in ifc, cpwd, railway and bsnl along with the proof of registration from respective department. iii. scanned copy of emd along with scanned copy of receipt of deposition of emd iv. scanned copy of e. s. i and e. p. f registration. v. copy of pan no. vi. valid mobile number with whatsapp number email id. vii. all the requisite documents must be selfattested before uploading.

Tenderers are advised to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselves before submitting their tenders, the form and nature of the site, the means of access to the site, the accommodation they may require and in general shall themselves obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect their tender.
