The tender is for providing the service of a monkey expert to prevent monkey menace at the Delhi Vidhan Sabha premises. The estimated cost is Rs. 1752894. 00. The last date for filing/uploading the tender through e-tendering is **** upto 3:00 PM. The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 365 days. The bidder should have satisfactory completed/running the similar works during the last seven years. Earnest money and other documents must be uploaded. Performance guarantee of 5% of the tendered amount is required. The contractor shall get themselves registered with works GST department and furnish a copy of valid registration or document in support of applying for GST number. The contractor shall provide temporary structure to accommodate labourers workers, cement godown, laboratory, site office with attached toilet comprising minimum floor area 20sqm in total, chowkidar hut in consultation with engineerincharge.
The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 365 days from the date of start as defined in schedule f or from the first date of handing over of the site, whichever is later, indicated in the bid documents.
The competent authority on behalf of the president of india does not bind himself to accept the lowest or any other tender, and reserves to himself the authority to reject any or all of the tenders received without the assignment of any reason.
The bidder should have satisfactory completed/running the similar works during the last seven years ending last date of the month previous to the one in which tenders are invited as under sop13: one similar work costing not less than 80 i. e 14, 02, 315 of the estimated cost put to tender. or two similar works costing not less than 60 i. e 10, 51, 736 of the estimated cost put to tender. or three similar works costing not less than 40 i. e 7, 01, 158 of the estimated cost put to tender similar work shall mean providing service of monkey expert.
In case of absence of any monkey expert from duty, a recovery of rs **** per day shall be imposed on the contractor.
The tenderers are advised to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselves before submitting their tenders as to the nature of the ground and subsoil so far as is practicable, the form and nature of the site, the means of access to the site, the accommodation they may require and in general shall themselves obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect their tender.
