The bidder must be registered with DOT or other telecom authority of India, furnish an undertaking to permit sharing of towers by other telecom service providers, initially provide 4G/5G services, obtain frequency clearance from the Standing Advisory Committee for Frequency Allocation (SACFA), and have self-attested copies of PAN card, GST registration certificate, and contact details.

The successful bidder shall produce the sample of answer sheets for approval of the committee before placing the supply order.
