The entire work should be completed within a duration as per the notice inviting tender (NIT), failing which price adjustment for delay in completion shall be made as per clause 4. 4. 0, section 4 of the general conditions of contract (GCC). However, in cases of abandonment or termination, price adjustment for delay shall be applied in line with GCC clause 7. 0. 9 on the total contract value as specified in the acceptance of tender.

Payment is processed through the IOCL vendor invoice management portal (e-vidit portal). The successful bidder must register on the portal. Payment is 30 days credit. No interest charges are paid in case of shortage of documents.
