Tenders will be evaluated technically for shortlisting of eligible bidders. The financial bid will be opened only of those bidders who qualify the eligibility criteria. The tender will be allotted to the competitive bidders as per the requirement of vehicles. The contract may be allotted to more than one tenderer after matching the rates with lowest quotee as per the requirement.

Bids must be accompanied by Rs. 10,000 ten thousand only as earnest money. Earnest money should be deposited through internet banking only, bids without earnest money shall be liable to be rejected. The tenderer shall submit following document along with his tender: 1 emd amount 10, 000 for each vehicle. 2 photocopy of pan card. 3 photo copy of rc book for each vehicle 4 photo copy of insurance certificate and pollution certificate for each vehicle. 5 photocopy of identity proof which can be a ration card aadhar card election commission id card driving license passport. 6 photocopy of deed agreement of sole owner partner of a firm or the director of the company. 7 affidavit self declaration certificate that tenderer has not been black listed by any affiliated govt. govt. undertakings. 8 details of vehicle offered.

If any document of the successful tenderer is found to be false, penal action will be taken for collecting liquidated damages from the tenderer, apart from terminating the contract. If the tenderer has already been blacklisted by any verka dairymilkfedaffiliated government government undertaking his tender will be rejected. In case information about such black listing comes to the knowledge of the dairy after awarding the tender, the contract will be terminated liquidated damages will be levied, apart from taking penal action. If due to violation of the terms conditions of this contract and on account of any malpractice negligence on the part of the tenderer or his representative or employees, any loss is caused to the dairy, the general managercontrolling officer, verka sangrur dairy will have the right not only to terminate the contract immediately but also to recover all losses from his pending bills security. The firm may also be debarred for doing business with the verka sangrur dairy or another sister verka dairy affiliated with milkfed punjab.
