The bid notice states if the supplier fails to deliver any or all of the goods or perform the contract within the time period specified in the contract, mrcmpu shall without prejudice to its other reminders under the contract, deduct from the contract price, as liquidated damages, a sum equivalent to a. 0. 5 of the unexecuted contract value for each week of delay. the total amount so deducted shall not exceed 10 of the contract value, once the maximum is reached, we may consider the termination of the contract.
