Bidders must have a digital signature certificate (DSC) issued from an agency authorized by the Controller of Certifying Authority (CCA), Government of India, and traceable to the root certificate of the CCA.

The estimated cost of the work is **** INR.

The delivery will be 02 months from the date of receipt of free issue materials at the party's works. However, early delivery is acceptable.

A guarantee certificate is required for 12 months from the date of supply against manufacturing defects.

If a bidder falls under the MSE category, they must furnish the declaration as per the attached annexure (**** rev 01) along with their techno-commercial offer. This declaration, along with the Udyam certificate, is mandatory for bidders to avail benefits under the public procurement policy.

If a hanger fails during testing due to improper assembly, fabrication, extra cost to BHEL for testing it next time after rectification by the vendor. From the second time onwards, testing charges will be recoverable from the party's bills in line with the testing charges mentioned in annexure III. If the hanger is permitted to rectify within BHEL premises, 10 extra charges value of the individual item will be applicable towards usage of BHEL material handling facility expert supervision and will be deducted from the party's bills. In this case, suitable manpower for rectification to be arranged by the vendor inside BHEL.

The vendor has to provide a sample plate with dimensions **** mm as per note mentioned in QP of adanipainting annexure 01. Sample plate required for holiday adhesion test at HERP Varanasi.

The total cost of free issue materials for the enquiry is ****, it may be changed due to a change in PSL rate at the time of sending the free issue materials.
