The tender for Offloading of coil removal and removal of resin accumulation in repair stator at 02EM shop at BHEL, Ramachandrapuram, Hyderabad, is open to eligible contractors. The contract period is 90 days from the award date. Bid submission is exclusively electronic through the eprocurement portal (www. ***. *. *). Prequalification requirements include experience credentials for similar works in the last 7 years, minimum financial turnover, valid ESI and PF code numbers, and GST registration. The tender is a two-part bid system (techno-commercial and price bid). The price bid should be quoted as a percentage of the estimated value (Rs. 10,16,449). The evaluation will be based on the lowest cost to BHEL. A reverse auction will be conducted among qualified bidders. The bidder must comply with all applicable labor laws, including those related to contract labor, factories, wages, ESI, PF, gratuity, and bonus. The security deposit is 5% of the contract value. The bidder must inspect the site before quoting. The successful bidder will enter into a contract agreement on a Rs. 200 stamp paper.
The delivery period will be 90 days from the date of issue of material or date on which material cleared for work, whichever is latest from BHEL to the contractor for each project.
One-time payment will be paid after completion of works, which has to be duly certified by the respective work centre incharges. All payments will be released subject to submission of clearance certificate issued by HRIR dept. Payments will be credited to bank account through EFT.
The evaluation will be based on the lowest cost to BHEL basis. In case of multiple bidders with the same lowest cost, discounts will be solicited, and if still tied, a toss-draw of lots will decide the winner.
The following conditions have to be satisfied by the bidder to qualify for the tender: all documentary proof to be enclosed with the bid technical: i particulars of experience credentials for the works executed of similar nature during last 7 years completion and experience certificate of the works to be enclosed ending last day of month previous to the one in which applications are invited should be either of the following: a. three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40 each work rs. 4. 07 lakhs of the estimated cost. or b. two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 50 each work rs. 5. 09 lakhs of the estimated cost. or c. one similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80 each work rs. 8. 14 lakhs of the estimated cost. ii average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31st march of the previous financial year should submit balance sheet pl account for last 3 years certified by charted accountant, should be at least 30 rs. 3. 05 lakhs of the estimated cost. iii valid esi code number and p. f. code number iv gst registration number copy of gst registration to be enclosed. v pan no. in case not available, proof of having applied with acknowledgement from concerned authority.
A penalty of 0. 5 of the value of work will be levied for every two days delay or part thereof by the agency subject to a maximum of 10% of the gross value of the work from the date of issue of work start note or mail from BHEL to the contractor. Penalty amount so determined along with GST if applicable thereon shall be recovered.
Before quoting, bidders are advised to inspect the site of work and its environments and be well acquainted with the actual working and other prevailing conditions, position of materials and labour related procedures including payments, billing and practices etc.
The approximate estimated value of the work is Rs. 10,16,449.
