The duration of the contract shall be 09 months, as stated in the bid notice.

Class I local suppliers only are eligible to participate in this tender, as defined in the bidding documents.

No queries from bidders, whatsoever, shall be entertained by the employer beyond the last date of receipt of queries prebid conference if applicable as specified above.

The tender value in INR is 0. 00.

The delivery period is 90 days from the 7th day of issue of PO.

Payment is 100% after 21 days of receipt of material at site in good condition and after receipt adjusting of 10 performance bank guarantee if applicable and on submission of requisite documents as per purchase order.

The supplier is responsible to replace, free of cost, any defective material within 12 months from the date the material is used or 18 months from the date of dispatch, whichever period expires earlier.

Bidders must have experience of having successfully executed purchase orders for supplying of same/similar items in HPGCL/NTPC/state electricity board/public sector undertaking/any corporation/state government undertaking/semi govt. undertaking or any thermal/hydel plant during last 7 years ending July 2025 having minimum order value as under: single order of the value not less than Rs. 3. 89 lacs or two orders of the value not less than Rs. 2. 43 lacs or three orders of the value not less than Rs. 1. 94 lacs. The bidder to certify having its own testing facilities or the same has to be carried out at any govt. approved test lab.

The supplier shall be liable to pay 0. 5% per week or part thereof of the delay of the value of the goods so delayed where the part supply is acceptable and of the PO value where part supply is not acceptable, subject to a maximum of 5% of the contract value.

The delivery period is within 30 days.

Payment is 80% upon receipt of material and 20% after passing the bill.

The bidder firm must fulfill the technical qualifications, including registration as a standard qualified supplier with NFCSF, NCDC, or the Haryana State Sugar Federation. Unregistered suppliers must submit proof of repeat orders of the same product/job during the last five years to at least two standard sugar mills or heavy industrial organizations.

In case of delay, the successful bidder shall pay a penalty of 1% of the total value of the contract per week, subject to a maximum of 5%.

The estimated total value is INR 5,00,000.
