Delhi Transco Limited invites tenders for Special repair to control room building at 400 kv substation Tikrikalan through e-tendering. Bidders must be registered on the e-procurement portal of GNCTD. Bid security (****) must be submitted in physical form or via e-payment (NEFT/RTGS). Completion period is 180 days, and bid validity is 120 days. Eligibility criteria include pre-registration with the Delhi government's e-procurement site and a Class II digital signature. Bidders must have completed similar works in the past three years. Bidders must be registered on the e-procurement portal of GNCTD and have a Class II digital signature. They must have experience of having successfully completed similar work of the departments mentioned in clause 1. 4 during last seven 7 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which applications are opened and should be as per the following criteria.
In case of delay in completion, for reasons attributable to the contractor, he is required to pay to the owner, a sum, as compensation for delay, calculated at a specified rate generally for each week of delay but limited to the ceiling limit mentioned in the contract.
Bidders are advised to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselves before submitting their tenders as to the nature of the ground and sub soil so far as practicable, the form and nature of the site, the means of access to the site, the accommodation they may require and in general shall themselves obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect their costing and work schedule.
The estimated cost is Rs. 20,55,799.
