If the contractor fails to complete the work and clear the site on or before the date of comple on or extended date of comple on, he shall without prejudice to any other right or remedy available under the law to the company on account of such breach, pay as compensa on liquidated damages: i @half percent of the contract amountrevised contract amount whichever is less, per week of delay.
The bidder, at the bidders own responsibilities, cost and risk, is encouraged to visit and examine the site of works connected to the tendered work, drawings connected to the work, if as available and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the bid and entering into a contract for execution of the works.
