The agreement incorporating all the terms and conditions of contract shall have to be executed by successful bidder within seven days from the date of allotment. The defects liability period shall be six months from the date of completion of work in all respects.

Payments will be made to the contractor only against work done or after completion of work in all respects as per specifications. The payments shall be made in accordance with actual work done bills as and when funds become available.

Failure of the successful bidder to furnish the required performance security shall be a ground for the annulment of the award of the contract and his debarment for participation in future departmental tendering. If it shall appear to incharge engineercontract administrator that any work has been executed with unsound, imperfect or bad workmanship or with materials of any inferior description, the contractor shall, when directed in writing by the incharge engineercontract administrator, forthwith rectify with sound and specified materials and workmanship or remove or reexecute the part of work so specified as the case may be or remove the materialsarticles at his own cost notwithstanding the fact that the same may have been inadvertently passedcertified or paid for previously. In the event of his failing to do so within the specified period, the contractor shall be liable to penalty provided for in the contractdocument and the department shall get it rectified or remove and reexecute the work or remove and replace the same as the case may be at the risk and cost of the contractor.

The tender value is INR 50,622.

The delivery period for supply and installation is 6 weeks from the date of the purchase order.

100% of the basic supply value will be paid by EFT/RTGS within 30 days from the date of supply and installation, along with the invoice and submission of the installation certificate issued by BHEL Corp RD Hyderabad.

All supplied items are warranted for 18 months from the date of receipt at our stores or 12 months from the date of completion of installation, whichever is earlier.

The order will be placed on an overall L1 basis.

The bidder should have supplied similar items (i. e. , network cabinets) for at least one order in the last three years. Order copy shall be furnished along with the bid as proof of the same.

Failure to supply the goods and/or failure to carry out the services within the stipulated delivery date will attract a late delivery penalty of 0. 5% per week or part thereof for the value of the undelivered portion of the purchase order, subject to a maximum of 10% of the total order value.
