The technical evaluation committee may visit the hotels offered by bidders to ascertain suitability. The SKIMS authorities reserve the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning a reason. The decision of the technical evaluation committee is final. The successful bidder will have to submit the EMD within 7 days of the bid opening date. The hotel must be well-maintained, neat, and clean, with adequate parking space, CCTV cameras, and fire safety arrangements. The hotel must be well-connected by public transport and easily accessible by a motorable road. The SKIMS authorities reserve the right to check and inspect the hotel rooms and impose penalties for deficiencies. The decision of SKIMS is final in case of any dispute. Any changes or extensions to the closing/opening dates will be announced on the jktenders portal and SKIMS website.
Bid submissions are due by August 27, 2025, at 2:00 PM.
The rent charges shall normally be paid at the fixed rate within weeks time after the departure of the examiner/faculty member, subjected to the availability of the funds under relevant budget head.
The decision of the technical evaluation committee is final.

The SKIMS, Soura reserves the right to check and inspect the hotel rooms being provided for accommodating the examiners/faculty members. In case of any deficiency or deviation in services from the clauses mentioned in the NIT/agreement may impose penalty on the service provider/hotel owner for those deficient services. The penalty will be decided by the SKIMS authorities and the decision will be binding on the service provider/building owner.
The technical evaluation committee as deemed by the authority may visit the hotels offered by bidders to ascertain the suitability of the hotel.
Any notice of the existence of any question or dispute or difference in connection with the contract shall be served by either party within 30 days of the beginning of such dispute, failing which all rights and claims under this contract shall be deemed to have been forfeited and absolutely barred.
