The tender is for the RMO of the CCTV system at the District Court Complex and Residential Complex in Saket, New Delhi. The work includes the operation, maintenance, and general maintenance of the CCTV system. The last date for bid submission is November 6, 2025, at 3:00 PM. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 14,47,488. 00. The contractor must provide a skilled CCTV operator/technician in each shift. The payment will be made on a quarterly basis after the production of proof of disbursement of wages to the workers and a copy of the relevant period biometric attendance. The contractor is required to pay GST directly to the GST department. The contractor must ensure that the workers are polite and that no unlawful acts are done by his personnel while on duty. The contractor is bound to distribute the salary wages to his worker 7th of each month, positively, by ecs only.
The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 12 months from the date of start as defined in schedule f or from the first date of handing over of the site, whichever is later, in accordance with the phasing, if any, indicated in the bid documents.
Payment to the contractor shall be made, on quarterly basis after production of following proof a documentary proof of disbursement of wages to the workers. The copy of wage register in the format shall be produced with ra or final bill. b copy of relevant period biometric attendance duly verified by je e and ae e with each bill.
The department reserves the right to reject any prospective application without assigning any reason and to restrict the list of qualified contractors to any number deemed suitable by it, if too many bids are received satisfying the laid down criterion.
Contractors who fulfill the following requirements shall be eligible to apply. Joint ventures are not accepted. A cpwd enlisted contractor who himself meet the eligibility criteria as defined below : i three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40 of estimated cost of the work.
If any accident mishappening occurs the department shall not be responsible for the same. If any compensation is to be paid to the victim, the firm shall pay the same and no claim in this account shall be entertained by the department.
The intending bidders are advised to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselves before submitting their bids as to the nature of the ground and subsoil so far as is practicable, the form and nature of the site, the means of access to the site, the accommodation they may require and in general shall themselves obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect their bid.
