Contract period is 12 months from the date of letter of award (LOA).

Evaluation is based on overall lumpsum as stated in the tender document.

Qualifying requirements for bidders: not applicable as per the NIT.

Last query date is as per gepnic portal as stated in the NIT.

Bids not accompanied by acceptable bid security shall be rejected by the employer as being nonresponsive and shall not be opened.

Tender value is Rs. 41,28,**** excluding GST.

Payment will be made to the contractor monthly quarterly yearly during progress of the work subject to the audit procedure in vogue in the K. M. C. as certified of KMC authority.

Intending bidders should produce credentials of 2 two similar nature of completed work, each of the minimum value of 30 of the tendered value put to tender during 5 five years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice.

The bidder, at his own responsibility and risk is encouraged to visit and examine the site of works and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the bid.

If any document submitted by a bidder is either manufactured or false in such cases the eligibility of the bidder tenderer will be rejected at any stage without any prejudice.

The work completion period is 365 days. The contract remains valid for one year from award, extendable by six months at KMC's discretion. time of completion 365 days

Bidders need credentials of two similar street lighting O&M works, each minimum 30% of tendered value, completed in last 5 years. credentials of 2two similar natureoperation and maintenance work of street lighting system. . . each of the minimum value of 30 of the tendered value

Withdrawal of bid during validity period results in forfeiture of earnest money. if the bidder withdraws the bid during the validity period of bid, the earnest money as deposited will be forfeited forthwith

Conditional or incomplete tenders will not be accepted. False or fabricated credentials lead to rejection. conditional incomplete tender will not be accepted under any circumstances and if it comes to the notice of the tender inviting authority that the credential or any other paper found incorrect manufactured fabricated, that bidder would not be allowed to participate
