The tender is for repairing and straightening railings, platforms, and other components of a dumper. Bids are invited online. The estimated value of the tender is INR 87,846. 00. The last date for bid submission is December 15, 2025, and the opening date is December 16, 2025. The tender requires online EMD payment. The tender is open to eligible contractors with a digital signature certificate. The work must be completed within 15 days. A 10% security deposit will be deducted. 90% payment will be made within 30 days after successful completion and acceptance of the job, and the balance 10% will be made after the warranty period. The work should be completed within the stipulated period which shall be reckoned from the expiry of 15 fifteen days from the issue of letter of acceptance of tenderwork order or handing over the site or handing over reasonable number of working drawings to the contractor or the period of mobilization allowed in the work order for starting the work in special circumstances, whichever is latest.
90 payment will be made within 30 days of submission of bill after successful completion and acceptance of job. The firms will be required to submit the bank details in the prescribed format along with tender document. The balance retained 10 payment will be made after completion of warranty period.
Guarantee/Warranty is 6 months/1500 hrs from the date of completion/handing over of the work whichever is earlier. If any item repaired against the work order fails because of poor workmanship or quality, the same shall be replaced/repaired free of cost within 15 days.
The L1 will be decided based on cost to company.
The invitation for bid is open to all bidders including an individual, proprietorship firm, partnership firm, company or a joint venture having eligibility to participate as per eligibility criteria stipulated in clause no. 8 of nit and having digital signature certificate dsc issued from any agency authorized by controller of certifying authority cca, govt. of india and which can be traced up to the chain of trust to the root certificate of cca.
Liquidity damages will be charged @per week or part thereof subject to maximum of 10 of the total awarded value for delay in completion of work. The same ld clause will apply to the delay in repair/replacement in case of failure under warranty/guarantee.
Every tenderer is expected, before quoting his rates, to go through the requirements of materialsworkmanship under specificationrequirements and conditions of contract and to inspect the sitearea of the proposed work at his own cost.
The period for seeking clarification by bidder will be up to 7seven days before the end date of bid submission.
