The public health engineering department of Haryana invites bids for the installation of a tube well in Gorabani village. The estimated cost of the work is Rs 3. 44 lakhs, and the deadline for receiving bids is October 15, 2025, at 03:00 hours. Bidders must pay an e-service fee of Rs. 1180. In the event of failure on part of the contractor to achieve timely completion of the project, including any extension of time granted under clause 27, he shall, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available under the law to the employer on account of such breach, pay as agreed liquidated damages to the employer and not by way of penalty in a sum calculated at the rate per day or part thereof as stated in the contract data.
The bidder, at the bidders own responsibility and risk is encouraged to visit and examine the site of works and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the bid and entering into a contract for construction of the works.
