The tender is for the replacement of passenger lifts of various capacities in the court building, administrative building, and lawyer chamber building in Dwarka, New Delhi. The work includes supplying, installing, testing, and commissioning elevators. The estimated cost is ?3,20,91,000. The bid submission deadline is November 17, 2025. The contractor must associate specialized agencies for execution of the specialized works. The main contractor has to enter into an MOU with agencies associated by him. The bid document includes eligibility criteria, technical bid, and price bid. The contractor must ensure to quote the rate of each item. The technical bid shall be opened first on the due date and time. The department reserves the right to reject any prospective application without assigning any reason.
The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 12 months from the date of start as defined in schedule f or from the first date of handing over of the site, whichever is later, in accordance with the phasing, if any, indicated in the bid documents.
The following percentage of contract rates for the various items included in the contract shall be payable against the stage of work shown herein: lift with associated sno stage of work materials after initial inspection and delivery at site in good condition of i 70 prorata basis ii after completion of installation in all respect 20 after testing commissioning trial run handing over to the iii 103 department for beneficial use
All equipments shall be guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of taking over the installation by the department against unsatisfactory performance andor break down due to defective design workmanship of material.
The employer reserves the right, without being liable for any damages or obligation to inform the bidder, to: a amend the scope and value of contract to the bidder. b reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason.
The intending bidder must read the terms and conditions carefully. He should submit his bid only if he considers himself eligible and he is in possession of all the documents required.
If any tenderer withdraws his tenders or makes any modification in the terms conditions of the tender which is not acceptable to the department within 7 days after last date of submission of bids, then the government shall without prejudice to any other right or remedy, be at liberty to forfeit 50 of the earnest money absolutely irrespective of letter of acceptance for the work is issued or not.
The bidder is advised to visit the site of work, at his own cost, and examine it and its surroundings to collect all information that he considers necessary for proper assessment of the prospective assignment.
