The tender is for the construction of Rithala road. Bidders must submit documents including GST registration, enlistment registration, EMD, ESI, and EPF registration. The work duration is 3 months. A performance guarantee of 5% of the tender amount is required. The earnest money is 2% of the estimated amount. The site is available. Tenders can be downloaded and submitted online. The bid will be invalid if the bidder is found ineligible or does not upload all required documents. The tender will be opened online. All labor laws must be complied with. The contractor must inspect the site and is responsible for all site conditions. The rates quoted must include all taxes. A certificate undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper is required. The contractor must arrange for water and electricity. The department may appoint a third-party quality assurance team. The contractor must comply with all labor laws. The work has a 5-year maintenance period.
The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 03 months from the 15 days after the date of written orders to commence the work or from the 1 st day of handing over the site, whichever is later, in accordance with the phasing, if any, indicated in the tender documents.
All the executed work under this agreement shall have free maintenance perioddefect liability period for 5 years from the date of completion of project.
The competent authority on behalf of president of india does not bind himself to accept the lowest or any other tender and reserves to himself the authority to reject any or all of the tenders received without the assignment of a reason.
The participating contractors should upload self attested copies of the following documents through eprocurement portal: i. copy of gst registration. ii. registration of enlistment in the appropriate class. iii. scanned copy of emd and physically submit in the office of executive engineer, cdix. iv. scanned copy of e. s. i and e. p. f registration. v. copy of pan no.
If the bidder fails to commence or execute the work as specified, ifc department shall be at liberty to forfeit performance guarantee, absolutely.
Tenderers are advised to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselves before submitting their tenders, the form and nature of the site, the means of access to the site, the accommodation they may require and in general shall themselves obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect their tender.
Samples of various materials required for testing shall be provided free of charge by the contractor.
