The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 03 months from the 15 days after the date of written orders to commence the work or from the 1 st day of handing over the site, whichever is later, in accordance with the phasing, if any, indicated in the tender documents.

All the executed work under this agreement shall have free maintenance perioddefect liability period for 5 years from the date of completion of project.

If the bidder fails to commence or execute the work as specified, ifc department shall be at liberty to forfeit performance guarantee, absolutely.

Tenderers are advised to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselves before submitting their tenders, the form and nature of the site, the means of access to the site, the accommodation they may require and in general shall themselves obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect their tender.

Samples of various materials required for testing shall be provided free of charge by the contractor.

The work is estimated to cost rs. 4, 71, 05, ****.

The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 60 days from the date of start as defined in schedule f.

The department shall deduct income tax on the value of work done from each bill of the contractor as per prevailing government instructionsorders.

Noncpwd registered contractors and other experienced contractors should have satisfactorily completed the works as mentioned below during the last seven years ending previous day of last date of submission of bidtender.

In case the contractor fails to deposit the said performance guarantee within the period as indicated in schedule f including the extended period if any, the contractor shall be suspended for one year and shall not be eligible to bid for pwddelhi, cpwd tenders for date of issue of suspension order.

The contractors shall inspect the site of work before tendering and acquaint himself with the site conditions and no claim on this account shall be entertained by the department.
