The tender is for empanelment of agencies for supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of various technical equipment on a rental basis for events organized by the Entertainment Society of Goa (ESG). The last date for online submission of the bid is ****, 02:00 PM. The technical bid opening is on ****, 10:00 AM. The technical bid should be submitted strictly in etender mode only. The technical bid shall contain the tender fee, etender processing fee and EMD along with the bid, annexures I to VI along with supporting documents as required in the tender document. The agency shall upload the technical bids by **** pm on or before ****. The agency will have to be present personally or through an authorized representative at the time of opening of the technical bids on **** at **** am. The agency is invited to submit a technical proposal for the work of empanelment of agencies for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of led screens, sound systems, lighting, generators and other technical equipment on rental basis for iffi and other events organized by esg or in collaboration with private entities 20252028. The agency shall be required to upload the technical bids by **** pm on or before **** and any bids received after the specified time and date will be summarily rejected. The validity of the applicants bid shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of submission of the bid. The agency should not be blacklisted by any central or state or any government department/PSUs/autonomous bodies from india etc. The agency shall submit an undertaking as annexure v on rs. 100 non judicial stamp paper and duly notarized. The agency shall submit pan card, goods service tax registration certificate, proof of registration of the agency and acknowledged copy of income tax returns as per annexure vi. The agency shall be completely responsible for issuing identity cards to all such personnel engaged by it, directly or indirectly at their own cost and expense, and will have to fully cooperate with the entertainment society of goa during the process of issuance of the identity cards, to their staff members, if required. At the time of signing of the agreement the selected bidder shall submit an unconditional and irrevocable performance bank guarantee from a scheduled bank/commercial bank having its branch at panaji of 5 of the accepted/quoted amount. The agency shall include any additional costs, if at all in the quote and the esg would in no way be liable for damages or extra payment regarding any unauthorized escalation in costs. The agency will submit only one quote. The empaneled agency will have to ensure that the quote containing the cost details are submitted only in the format finalized by the esg, failing which the quote submitted by the empaneled agency is liable to be rejected without assigning any reasons thereof. The costing submitted by the empaneled agency and approved by esg shall be the upper limit of the expenditure. no extra expenditure over and above what is authorized by esg shall be done by the empaneled agency without written order of the esg. The empaneled agency shall submit exact cost details of each of the quoted jobs/items/services, specification wise as per schedule mentioned in the email inviting quotes. any or all labour charges, power and communication, transportation costs should be included in the quote. The quoted amount shall be exclusive of gst. The agency shall ensure that all the documents uploaded are in english language only and in case if the agency has uploaded the document other than in english language, then the agency shall translate the same in english language from an established translation service provider. The agency will be liable for disqualification, termination of the contract/forfeiture of the emd and performance guarantee in case there is any misrepresentation in the translated documents.
