Outsourcing of manpower for private security services at SIPARD The security service agency must provide private security services by engaging 09 nos. unskilled security guards and 03 nos. skilled security guards preferably retired personnel from the defence forces or any paramilitary forces. No. of security guards may increase or decrease. There will be 03 three shifts of 08 eight hours duty at a stretch. The security guards per day. Each shift will be of 02 two security. There will be an attendance register in guardroom for the security guards. The security service agency has to provide replacement immediately. In case if any guard is found misbehaving with the staff of sipard, the same will be viewed seriously and strict action will be taken against him. The guards will be responsible for any lapses in security within the sipard campus at all times.
