The tenderer shall be fully responsible for the manufactures warranty in respect of proper design, quality and workmanship of the equipment s accessories etc. covered by the tender for a period of 12 months from the date of satisfactory installationcommissioning of the system. The tenderers shall make provision for imparting training to our scientists maintenance staff on operation and use of laboratory equipments, its accessories and trouble shooting repair and maintenance. Prices quoted by the bidder should be inclusive of transit insurance, freight, installation and commissioning at destination sites. The offer should be valid for a perid of 180 days from the specified date of opening ofthe tenders. Payment shall be made on 1nstallatlon and commissioning of the equipment. The tenderer shall have to furnish a bank guarantee equal to 10 of the total cost of the equipment towards performance guarantee for one year which shall be released on successful completion of the warranty period.
