The Sahajadapur gram panchayat is inviting e-tenders for various construction works. Intending tenderers must have experience in relevant construction work, submit scanned copies of required documents (Aadhaar, PAN, trade license, GST return, income tax return, property tax clearance, terms and conditions, credential certificate), and furnish original certificates of execution of similar works. Tenders must be submitted online by September 13, 2025, 12:00 noon, with technical and financial proposals. The tender notice and detailed schedule of works are available on the website: www. ***. *. * successful bidder must start work within 7 days of the work order and complete it within the stipulated period. Payment will be made after satisfactory completion of the work. A formal agreement with a non-judicial stamp of worth Rs. 10 is required within seven days of receiving the work order. Labour welfare cess will be deducted from the bills. The tender notice includes detailed terms and conditions, including dispute resolution, security deposit, and payment terms.
The bid submission closing online is September 13, 2025, 12:00 noon.
Payment will be made within due time from the date of satisfactorily completion of the work.
The accepting authority does not bind himself to accept the lowest tenderer and reserves the right to reject any or all of tenders received, without assigning any reason.
Intending tenderers should submit tenders along with scanned copies of a EPIC, Aadhaar card, PAN card, current trade license, up-to-date GST return, income tax return (last three financial years), up-to-date property tax clearance, copy of the terms and conditions, and credential certificate noted in annexure I enclosed. Credential under sub-contract is not valid. The credential certificate acceptable within last five years.
If any agency found submitted false documents/statements or false credential the earnest money will be forfeited and the undersigned reserves the right to initiate any legal proceedings, as he deems fit and as per the prevalent law of the land.
Intending tenderers are required to inspect the works site with particular reference to location and infrastructure facilities.
The total estimated monetary value is 10,06,****.
