Bidders must be approved and eligible contractors registered with JK UT govt. , CPWD, railway and other UT central government works. For works costing up to Rs. 3. 00 lakhs, only DE and DDC registered card holders of respective panchayat halqas shall participate.

Penalty up to a maximum of 10% of the contract may be imposed for delay in completion of work beyond the stipulated period.
