The bid notice states failure to supply within purchase order delivery schedule will make the supplier liable to an unconditional penalty of 0. 5 per week or part thereof subject to the maximum of 10 of the undelivered purchase order value excluding taxes duties. no grace period shall be given.

The bid will be evaluated based on the information submitted by the bidder. The L1 bidder will be determined through reverse auction, or by a lottery if multiple bidders are L1 after the reverse auction.

Bidders must have previous experience in radiographic testing of welds, with a minimum of three complete executed works costing at least **** lakhs excluding GST, or two works costing at least **** lakhs excluding GST, or one work costing at least **** lakhs excluding GST. Average annual financial turnover for the last three years must be at least Rs. 9. 42 lakhs excluding GST. Bidders must have a valid license for handling and operating industrial radiography exposure devices, at least two IR192 source cameras approved by AERB, and at least two certified radiographers, one site in charge, and one radiation safety officer (RSO). Enrollment details of radiographic workers with BARC for film badge service are also required.

A penalty of 1. 0% of the call amount per day or part thereof, subject to a maximum of 10% of the total order value, will be imposed for failure to commence testing within 48 hours of intimation.

The contractors are advised to visit the work site to understand the nature of work and quantum of work.

The bid submission end date is **** 05:00 pm.

Bidders must submit attested photocopies of valid GST registration certificate, scan copy of PAN card, last three years income tax return, profession tax registration certificate with current challan and trade registration certificatelicense from local bodies as the case may be. Bidders must submit credential in similar nature of work during last three years.

Site visit may be done by the bidders at their own cost.

All bidders must stack all materials at site and sample of all materials to be collected from site in presence of ns and/or representative of gp and all samples must be tested by iso certified govt. govt. undertakenlaboratories and the report to be submitted before the nirman sahayak prior to start of work.
