The tender is for the replacement of an old lift at the Girls Hostel in GTB Hospital, Shahdara, Delhi. Bidders must be approved and eligible contractors of CPWD or other listed departments, or experienced contractors dealing with lifts, escalators, and conveyors. The eligibility criteria include experience with similar works, financial turnover, and solvency. The bid submission deadline is November 14, 2025, at 3:00 PM. The payment terms are: 65 after initial inspection and delivery at site in good condition on prorata basis, 15 after completion of installation in all respects, balance 20 will be paid after testing, commissioning and handing over to the department for beneficial use.
All equipments shall be guaranteed for a period of 12 months, from the date of taking over the installation by the department, against unsatisfactory performance andor break down due to defective design, workmanship or material.
The price of only those contractors will be opened whose eligibility bids are approved by the competent authority.
Contractors who fulfill the requirements shall be eligible to apply. Joint ventures are not accepted.
