Online tender for outsourcing an agency for mosquito control in Silvassa for 240 days. The tender is a two-tier bid system. Bidders must submit a technical and financial proposal. The Chief Officer, Silvassa Municipal Council, reserves the right to terminate the contract after giving one month's notice.

In case of breach of any term or condition of the contract by the contractor, the chief officer, silvassa municipal council shall have the right to terminate the contract without assigning any reason thereof, and nothing will be payable by the employer in that event and the performance security deposit in the form of fixed deposit receipt shall be forfeited and encashed.
The bidder is expected to visit and examine the sites and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the bid at their own interest and cost.
The estimated cost is Rs. 1,24,23,277.
