Guarantee period is 6 months for workmanship from utilization date and 18 months for materials from receipt or 12 months from commissioning, whichever is later. the guarantee period for the above work is 6 six months from the date of utilization.

Bidder must have experience in overhauling fuel inlet elbows in thermal power stations of 210 MW or above, valued at least Rs. 2,17,900 in a single order within last 10 years. previous experience in overhauling of fuel inlet elbows special bends shutoff gates in boiler corners in thermal power station having unit capacity of 210 mw or above for a value of not less than rs. 2, 17, 900

Liquidated damages at 0. 5% of contract price per week of delay, maximum 10% of contract value. levy of liquidated damages for delay at half percent 0. 5 of the contract price of the undelivered incomplete items for each calendar week of delay and total shall not exceed maximum of 10 of the contract value.
