The supplier warrants that the materials supplied are new, unused, of the most recent variety, and incorporated with all recent improvements in quality unless otherwise mentioned in the contract at the time of delivery. The supplier further warrants that the goods supplied under this contract shall have no defect arising from production or any other issues from any act of omission of the suppliers, that may develop under the normal use of the supplied goods in the conditions obtaining in the country of final destination. The supplier also has to guarantee that the goods supplied shall perform satisfactorily as per desired standard as provided for in the contract. This warranty shall remain valid for a period as per terms conditions of the original manufacturer producer unless otherwise mentioned of the goods or any portion thereof from the date of acceptance of delivery to the final destination point.

The financial offer of the prospective tenderer will be considered only if the technical bid of the tenderer is found qualified by the tender committee as approved by the joint director of agriculture, soil conservation, west bengal. The decision of the tender committee will be final and absolute in this respect.

A resourceful, bonafide experienced agencies having credential during the last 3 three years from the date of issue of this notice work of similar nature of works as a prime agency under authority of state central government, state central government undertaking statutory bodies constituted under the statute of the central state government. Priority shall be given to those bidders who have credential certificate of similar nature of works supply experience in hill conditions.

The contractor shall be liable to pay damage @1% of the amount of estimate for every day not exceeding 10 days that the work remain uncommenced or unfinished after the proper date.

The bidder, at his own responsibility and risk is encouraged to visit and examine the site of works and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the bid and entering into a contract for the work as mentioned in the notice inviting tender, before submitting offer with full satisfaction, the cost of visiting the site shall be at his own expense.

The estimated total value of the tender is 15,82,580 rupees.
