Payment shall be made along with full taxes after deducting gst tds as per applicable rates. 100 payment shall be made after 21 days of receipt of material at site in good condition and after receipt of 10 pbg and submission of required documents.

The supplier is responsible to replace defective material free of cost within 12 months from date of use or 18 months from date of receipt. subject to the condition that the defect is noticed within 12 months from the date of use of material at site or 18 months from the date of receipt, whichever period may expire earlier.

Bidders must be OEM or have executed similar purchase orders in the last 7 years, meeting specific order value criteria. a the bidder should be original equipment manufacturer supplier oemoes or a registered vendor of hpgcl, as per vendor registration policy for the item.

The supplier shall be liable to pay @0. 5 per week or part thereof of the delay of the value of the goods so delayed. even in case of acceptance of delayed supply the supplier shall be liable to pay @0. 5 per week or part thereof of the delay of the value of the goods so delayed where the part supply is acceptable and of the po value where part supply is not acceptable, subject to a maximum of 5 of the total value of the delayed undelivered supplies.

Bidders may be disqualified for making misleading or false representations in submitted forms or for cartel formation. i even though the bidders meet the above qualifying criteria they are subject to be disqualified, if they have made misleading or false representations in the forms, statements and attachments submitted in the proof of the qualification requirements.

The guarantor guarantees that water proofing treatment will render the structures completely leakproof for five years from the date after the maintenance period prescribed in the contract. the said structures will remain water and leakproof for five years from the date of giving of water proofing treatment.

Failing to rectify defects within seven days will result in the work being done by the department at the guarantor's cost and risk. failing which the work shall be got done by the department by some other contractor at the guarantors cost andrisk.

Samples of cement arranged by the contractor shall be taken by the engineer in charge and got tested in accordance with provisions of relevant bis codes. samples of cement arrangedby the contractor shall be taken by the engineerincharge and got tested in accordance with provisions of relevant bis codes.

If cement test results indicate non-conformity, the samples shall be rejected and removed by the contractor at his own cost within a week. in case the test results indicate that the cement arranged by the contractor does not conform to the relevant bis codes, the sameshall stand rejected, and it shall be removed from the site by the contractor at his own cost within a weeks time of written orderfrom the engineerin charge to do so.
